The association Red Empresarial por la Diversidad e Inclusión LGBTI (REDI) has celebrated its fifth anniversary by organising a conference entitled "The triumph of diversity”. Commissioned by Both People & Comms, member of REDI, I coordinated the conceptualisation of the programme and the speakers, as well as preparing the script for the masters of ceremony and the sessions. This meeting, presented by journalists Paloma del Río from RTVE and Antonio Nuño from Cadena SER, reviewed the work done on LGBTI diversity in Spain since the association was created in 2018.
